In his hands, the material is heated, transformed, and patiently shaped to fit the form of each Tahitian or keshi pearl, revealing its full beauty. Sometimes, semi-precious stones such as chrysocolla, malachite, pyrite, and azurite are mixed with the metal, adding their colors and unique character to the piece.
Polynesian inspiration
Her inspiration also draws from the lagoons of French Polynesia: manta rays, turtles, sharks, and other sea creatures come to life in her jewelry, like guardians of the ocean.
The art of piercing
Using the meticulous art of bocfil piercing, she cuts the material into patterns inspired by Polynesian tattoos, imbued with symbols and ancient stories.
