These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, both in-store and online. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms and conditions without reservation.

2. Our products

Our jewelry is 100% handmade. Each piece is unique and may vary slightly in shape, color, or texture. These differences are normal and do not constitute a defect. Please note: the images on the website or displayed in stores are for illustrative purposes only. The actual color or shape may vary slightly. The same applies to the selection of Tahitian pearls, which may differ each time.

3. Orders

  • In store: The order is confirmed upon full or partial payment.
  • Online: The order is confirmed after confirmation by email and receipt of payment, whether full or partial.
  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry: manufactured only after written approval of the quote and/or sketch. Cancellation is not possible after approval, except in exceptional circumstances.

4. Price

  • All prices are quoted in Pacific francs (XPF) and include tax.
  • Shipping costs are specified when ordering online.

5. Payment

  • In store: cash, credit card.
  • Online: credit card via secure payment link or bank transfer.
  • The order is confirmed after receipt of full or partial payment.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery to the address specified by the customer for online orders.
  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on the availability of raw materials and the complexity of the jewelry.
  • The risks are transferred to the customer upon shipment (package deposited with the postal services in Bora Bora and tracking number communicated to the customer).

7. Right of withdrawal

Standard jewelry online:
  • The customer has 14 days from receipt to request a refund or exchange.
  • The jewelry must be returned in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs: paid by the customer.
Customized/bespoke jewelry:

The right of withdrawal does not apply. The order is considered accepted once it has been confirmed.

8. Legal guarantee of conformity

In accordance with the Consumer Code, the customer benefits from a 2-year legal warranty for any lack of conformity or hidden defect.

It covers:
  • Manufacturing defects (clasps, soldering, etc.).
  • Materials that do not conform to the description (metals, stones).
It does not cover:
  • Normal wear and tear, scratches, or impacts.
  • Modifications or repairs made by a third party.
  • Any allergies to the materials used.
In case of defect:

The customer may request:

  • Jewelry repair.
  • Replacement of the jewelry.
  • Otherwise, partial or total reimbursement.

9. Liability

The craftsman cannot be held liable for:
  • Improper use of jewelry.
  • Shocks, falls, unexpected immersion.
  • Modifications or repairs by a third party.
  • Allergy caused by the materials used.

10. Intellectual property

All jewelry and designs are protected. Reproduction or commercial use prohibited without permission.

11. Personal data

The information collected is used solely for order management and delivery purposes. GDPR compliance guaranteed.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the craftsman's place of business.
